Hi there!
Two things that came up at last week's meeting which I wanted to remind
everyone about.
1) An Alpha Chi alum who is now a high school teacher is bringing his kids
to SPLASH and wants to know if APO folks can house some of them on November
20. You would be responsible for letting the person into your room/suite and
giving them a place to crash and that's it. That's a Saturday evening, the
night of Pledge Term Review Meeting actually. So far I've got only 3
volunteers...
2) I'm compiling a mentor list, as suggested at CPPC. (More details will
be in the next APOC) If you've held one or more of the positions below, and
you would be willing to talk to someone about what they entail and how to get
started, please let me know. I've already received responses from Ping, Ezra,
Gilbert, Bridget and Harry. So if your name is not Ping, Ezra, Gilbert,
Bridget or Harry, please send me a note or talk to me.
