due to many many many technical problems (summed up the a very non-
technical phrase "latex doesn't like me"), the apoc will not be coming out
this week but will be (hopefully) available next week, sept 22. therefore,
if there are any more articles-to-be, please write them and get them to me
by next tuesday evening. i guess that's all. bye.
