I accidentally left off an agenda item from the e-mail I sent out
earlier about the Chapter Meeting tomorrow. We'll be voting on
ExecComm's recommendation of the RulesComm standing policy:
"Move that it be the standing policy of Alpha Phi Omega, Alpha
Chi chapter, that brothers are not to use excessively, or for
personal profit, the accounts receivable system, e.g. the debt list."
Earlier this term, we voted to strike a section from the Tax Exemption
standing policy; if passed, this new standing policy will fulfill the
role of that section, while keeping it separate from the issue of
tax exemption.
