Hi everyone,
Welcome back to MIT. The first APO chapter meeting is scheduled for next
week Wednesday, the 15th, at 7 pm. However, there has been some question
about whether Wednesday is really the best day for the most people. (Tuesday
seems to be the chief alternative.) In the next few days you should be
getting a better idea of what your schedule will be like for the coming term.
If you have any comments on this issue, please send them to me before the
first chapter meeting. (Especially if you won't be at the meeting.)
Please be as specific as possible. (ie, don't just say "Tuesdays are
better." or "Wednesdays are better." Tell me "Tuesdays are better for me but
I could make it on Wednesday." or "Wednesday is completely impossible for me.)
If it seems appropriate, we will be introducing a motion to reschedule the
rest of the term's meetings on Wednesday.
