Okay. The last weekend of spring break, (30 MAR-1 APR) will be the
Conclave Preperatory weekend.
I NEED PC's for this. I CANNOT go, so I can't step in to fill a position
if no one volunteers. :(
We will need:
Head PC: organize events for the weekend, should be someone who is aware
of what needs to be done in prep. for Conclave.
Food PC: menu, and find cooks, buy food, ask about allergies.
Transportation PC: Organize who's going, and how they get there.
Fellowship PC: develop a friendly event for people to do sat. night that
will make everyone happy. Bring songs to sing, etc. Smile a lot.
