I will be plastering flyers about the institute tomorrow morning. You
are more than welcome to help.
I will also be making a drop poster for Lobby 7 (sometime before
Thursday since that I think is when the reservation starts) to
advertise open events and, if it is possible to integrate it into an
artistic and esthetically pleasing whole (ha! it's a drop poster!
that means "if there's room"), also Book Exchange. It would be great
to have some help with this too.
Also I am getting an LSC slide as soon as I figure out which movie it
is that freshmen get into free (apparently not Reg Day after all...
:-b )
Also I may replace the information on the IC board with currenter
information (in larger print since some old events will be gone)
if I have not collapsed in a frenzy of something-or-other before I
get around to it. You are welcome to help with this (updating
the board, or collapsing? i'm not sure either.)
ALSO, I have tracked down most of the freshmen who signed-in at the
Midway, and will be sending them a mailing RSN (but probably, as you
have guessed, not before the second open meeting: because I spent too
long on the flyers and the slide today, not to mention finding the
freshmen.) If anyone wants to help, or chat with prospectives in
their dorm or something (I don't know, my brain just crashed.) let me
know
