If you haven't registered for conclave yet and would like to go,
please register! You can register from http://conclave.mit.edu/.
If you go, you'll be able to participate in most aspects of the
conference without a problem, including seminars, service projects,
banquet, etc. If you want to participate in nothing but the banquet
and other meals, there's a lower cost ($23, which is just food and
souveneir). If you want to take that option, put a note in the
comments field on the website.
There will be a run out to Resolute after tangerine tours, so please
don't let that stop you from coming.
We also still need some sub-pcs. Please volunteer!
* Non-banquet food - In charge of ordering and organizing people to
cook breakfast on Sat and Sunday and lunch on Sat.
* Transport - getting our brothers there and back again.
* Cleanup person - making sure the camp gets cleaned up Sunday morning.
* Setting up the weekend before - organizing brothers to go out to Resolute
and help set up the camp.
