SVP (Eric): not present
MVP (Sam): You should all have several email messages from me.
Pledge ceremony this Friday, room 1-242, at 5:00pm. Officers,
please show up early. It'll be like last Friday, except with more
people. (Note that the brotherhood requirements involve trying
to show up for pledge ceremonies.)
I have forms. Fill them out! Be active! Vote! Pledge Article Meal is
on Tuesday. Want to PC? Email me. Want to eat? RSVP.
FVP (Lael): Greetings! Black Morbid Study Break occurred. The
MVP and I met to discuss a membership retention program.
Treasurer (Ray): Pay your dues, now!
AC (Laura): I took minutes and reserved rooms, and even typed up
the minutes and put up a sheet in the office listing some of the
reserved rooms. Yay!
APOcEd (Lokie): Submit!
OM (Antonio): not presentWe still have an office.
PubDir (Katherine): Need new forms, and someone who knows
postscript.
Historian (Oliver): I took pictures at the pledge ceremony. Yeah.
Advisory Comm. Chair (Ellen): Joe Kuchta says hi. Dottie Bowe,
who was one of our chapter advisors, passed away; I have the
Tech Talk article here.
President (Ian): We still don't know when the new 4th floor locks
will appear.
Committee reports:

Brotherhood Retention: Lael: Sam and I met on Monday, and
brainstormed. We're planning to form a brute squad... er,
planning to have people call other people to poke people about
events. Sam: One plan is pledge class wars, silly competitive
events. Interested in PCing? Talk to me.
Book Exchange: Antonio: (channeled by Ian) I'll post the pickup
hours later tonight. Stuff that still needs to get done before next
week will probably happen Thursday or Friday.
Conclave: Emily: Registration opens soon at conclave.mit.edu. If
you have suggestions or want a job to do, talk to me. Staff
shirts will be screened March 3 [ed. note: moved to March 4].
Meetings are at 7pm before Exec and Chapter meetings.
Big Screw: Yevgeniya: I think we still need an awards PC.
Jen Selby: I need a cluedump on nominations.
