Subject: Upcoming Conference Opportunity
The PSC is offering a limited number of scholarships for MIT students to
attend the upcoming COOL Conference. The COOL (Campus Outreach Opportunity
League) Conference is a great opportunity for student leaders and will be
held at Harvard University on March 16-18. This gathering will bring
together roughly 1,500 students, administrators, and others in the field of
community service and social change more broadly for three days of
activities. These activities will include community service, forums,
workshops, town meetings, engaging presentations, panels, and other
options. The theme is "The Path of Service Leads from Charity to Justice"
and aims to provide the opportunity for people from many paths within the
service movement to gain inspiration, ideas, tools, strategies,and
relationships that can help achieve the broader vision of social change and
social justice. MIT students interested in attending the COOL conference
