Officers' reports:

SVP (Eric): (channeled) I need PCs for CWI. Purple is good.
MVP (Sam): Pledge ceremonies this Friday and next, room 1-142.
7pm this Friday; next week's will be coordinated with chapter
weekend. Will work with FVP on membership retention program.
FVP (Lael): I'm sick. Black Morbid Study Break is happening. Will
work on study breaks.
Treasurer (Ray): The books for last term are closed. This term,
nobody has paid dues yet!
AC (Laura): (channeled) Hi. I took minutes and reserved rooms. If
you would like to receive a copy of the minutes in your inbox
each week (approximately), add yourself to apo-minutes. When
you have events, be sure I know the dates, times, and PCs, so I
can put this info into the WUAPO and the weekly update email
to the chapter.
I may be cleaning up the locker somewhat this term. I will not
move anyone's stuff without asking first.
APOcEd (Lokie): APOcs will happen soon. Submit! Deadline is now.
OM (Antonio): The office is a mess!
PubDir (Katherine): We need new receipts, possibly triplicate.
Historian (Oliver): I think I need to get a clue dump.
Advisory Comm. Chair (Ellen): Remeber the goal from CPPC of
finding more advisors by the end of term.
President (Ian): There will be an SAC meeting tomorrow at 9:00pm.
If you haven't already given me your MIT Card info for office
access, sent it to apo-president ASAP.

- March 3. We need times for the office to be open that week.

Pledge class namesake: (closed meeting.)
Drop Poster Receipts: There will be a new proposed drop poster
receipt that better fits the pay-first method we now use. It will be
in triplicate, for (1) customer, (2) initial payment, and (3) verying
equipment return and listing any late fees.

"not trashy."
