President's Reception -- quick replies needed

I need to get names of most of the people who can attend the project
this Saturday morning 8-10am at the President's House to usher and do
crowd control of freshmen and parents at the President's Reception so
that the house staff can make up name tags for us. Please reply to me
ASAP if you can *OR* cannot attend, and/or sign up on the sign-up sheet
for this project which is now next to the Reg Day sign-up sheet in the
office (and sign up for that, too!)
I need this information by Wednesday mid-afternoon, so... REPLY NOW!

P.S. Still hunting for PC's for open projects. Talk to me soon, because
if the chapter isn't going to support its officers in running the
chapter programs, even important events like open service projects can
and will get canceled by an SVP who's already PC'ed two more projects
than he really wanted to have had to this term.
