Yes, as a matter of fact; I did.
Reg Day is... geez, i don't know, i'm just the PC. Wednesday, September
8.
Details:
Set up all the tables etc on Tuesday September 7th at 4pm. Meet at
the Ice Rink.
Free breakfast at Lobdell at 7:00am. Yes, 7am. Really.
We need to BE AT Johnson AC at 8:00am. Not 8:10. Not 8:15. 8:00.
Doors open at 8:30.
Doors close at 5:00.
On Thursday, I need 5 (not 4, 5) people to distribute class lists
at 7:30am. This is important.
What do you need to do?
1. Make sure you'll be at Reg Day as long as possible. This isn't
because we like pain (well, ok, we do), but because this is the primary
source of income for the chapter. In fact, it's the primary, second,
tertiary, and quatenary sources of income. Even if you can only show for
an hour: that's still a lot of money for us. Not to mention that most
everyone will be there all day, and it's really nice to have everyone
around, or if someone is totally wasted, having someone help prop them up.
2. Get a lot of sleep the night before. :)
3. Show up. Wear your letters. If you have extra letters, bring
'em too -- it often gets cold, and some people are puny or don't have
cloaks. :) Speaking of cloaks, some people who I won't mention often
seize this day as being a day to dress up. It's fun. Remember, there'll
be freshmen who are easily scared. No, wait....
