Sign up for a CPR/First Aid class and learn a chapter skill and have fun while
learning how to save lives! And you can do this during IAP, when you will
actually have time to take such a class! Sign-up instructions and other
information included below...

YiLookingForSomeoneelsetotaketheclass,

P.S. If the class is to be held at all, we need more people. So if you've
already officially signed up (i.e. paid too, not just told me you might be
vaguely interested), tell your friends to sign up too so the class won't be
canceled. :)

By popular preference, the First Aid and/or CPR training is being scheduled
for IAP. Specifically, Saturday, January 13. Here's what you need to know:

- -First Aid and CPR complete class is 6.5 hrs. long, with a half-hour to an
hour break for lunch. It will start at 10 am. and cost $65 per person.

- -CPR only class is what you should take if you already have current First
Aid
certification, and only need CPR. (For most of us, the CPR training from last
year has already expired, or will in a couple of days, so a CPR review class
is not being offered here - ask me if you want to take it at the Red Cross.)
The regular CPR class is 4 hours long and costs $52 per person. It will also
start at 10 am, just in a different room and with a different instructor.

The textbooks for these classes have recently been revised, so unfortunately
you cannot get a discount by bringing back your old book even if you've taken
the class before.

If you want to sign up, send me an e-mail with your name AND put a check with
the correct fee into the strong box. At least 8 people per class are needed
for the classes to happen on campus, and the instructors must be paid in
advance. So sign up soon if you want to make sure we have a class! If there
aren't enough people, the money will be returned to you.

Let me know if you have any questions, or if you want to sign up.

- -Yevgeniya

P.S. Remember, First Aid and CPR is a chapter skill!
P.P.S. If you know brothers or (especially) pledges who are not on apo-news,
please forward this message to them.
