Ok, so now that everyone has had a chance to figure out their
schedule, we can figure out when a good meeting time is.
The suggestion I've heard is that we have a weekly meeting during the
day (perhaps during lunch) and then larger meetings once monthly or so
to do the larger things (like the final budget). I realize that this
cuts many alums out of the weekly meetings but it seems that a lot
more actives would be able to make more of the meetings.
So, if you're doing stuff for conclave, when during the week are you
free for about half an hour?
