office cleaning of doom! this affects you!

This is a kinda long e-mail.  The first part is informational, the
second part is interactive.  The interactive part you should read and
reply to, or your stuff will get thrown away.  Really.  THERE WILL
BE NO MERCY TOWARDS CRUFT!!!

And please reply to the questions at the end.  It's your stuff...and
your office...

P.S. This is being deliberately sent to apo-news as people who are
     absent for the summer may still have stuff in the office.

As I'm sure you're all aware from all the e-mail, we'll be cleaning
the office the weekend of July 22nd.  I'm trying to get a preliminary
headcount.

I'm working with CAC to schedule the following
 * waxing the floor
 * replacing the air filters
 * getting excessively water damaged ceiling tiles replaced (at
   least the ones that are leaking).
 * getting mice traps
 * replacing the grating on top of the ventilators (which seems
   to be broken/non-existant).

In addition, we're planning to 
 * clean the furniture
 * scrub the coffee table
 * repaint walls that need it
 * clean out the fridges/microwave
 * scrub and organize the cookware
 * THROW OUT CRUFT!
 * rearrange the office (bwahahahaha!)
 * set up the wires in a non-dangerous manner
 * organize the comics

This will take about a day and a half (CAC will wax the floor
overnight).  The first day we'll move the furniture out of the office
(407 is reserved to store it overnight) and do major things like
painting.  The second day we'll move back into our nice clean office!

In addition, there will be music, pizza, munchies, and fellowship
galore!

Once I have more info from CAC I'll be able to schedule for sure.

If you have stuff in the office, or you have a personal box, CLEAN IT
OUT BEFORE THE OFFICE CLEANING.  You can claim a new personal box
afterwards.  Officers - this includes your desk.  Put anything you
want left alone in the drawers.  The desks will be cleaned, but the
contents of the drawers will be left alone.  And your mailbox will be
forcibly cleaned as well.
