If you owe the chapter money, or are owed money by the chapter you have (or
will have shortly) received an email stating how much and various other
things. I highly encourge you to pay what you owe ASAP! I have included the
output from the debtlist program for shock value:

balance number average
positive: 4908.53 102 48.12
negative: 1450.57 34 42.66
total: 3457.96 136 25.43
This output means that the chpater is owed $4908.53!!!! That number is way
too high!!! Please pay... the chapter needs the money!
