There's a mailing list, apo-summer, which will be used to announce summer events. This list is essentially like apo-news--it's for public announcements reaching a larger audience than apo-announce. Essentially, if you're on apo-news now (or want to be) and are around MIT for the summer, apo-summer is probably a mailing list you want to be on. For users on Athena, typing "blanche apo-summer -a $USER" at an Athena prompt should add you to the list. Non-Athena users can send subscription requests to apo-ac@mit.edu. In addition, apo-announce announcements of upcoming activities will be sent monthly over the summer (as opposed to weekly during the year). Since a lot of activities aren't likely to be planned a month in advance, these announcements may be incomplete. Over the summer, please do NOT use apo-news. YiListsForSummer, Jake
