So for all of you who couldn't make it to this afternoon's volunteer
meeting for the Johnson games but still want to help out, here's the info:
We're going to meet in the office at 11:30 and be at the ice rink by 11:45.
. thoses times are not really approximate. . that's when they are serving
us lunch. If you want free food, be on time:) The people in charge will
delegate responsibilities once we get there. They ask that we wear black
pants and they will give us a black T-shirt with official stuff on it.
They really need us there the whole time. . 11:45- about 6:30 when there is
the barbeque (more free food). If you have any more direct questions,
email rain@mit.edu.
