Conclave is this weekend!
Following is the list of people who have registered according to WPI

So far, no one has responded that they can drive
If you can, or are an alumn who would be willing to
drive, please please let me know ASAP, as well as when
you are going up/back, or would be willing to shuttle
others between Boston and Worcester.
Otherwise, that means we're planning to just use the commuter rail
to get there. The commuter rail leaves from South Station
The time Friday night are:
leave 4:55, arrive 6:03
leave 5:30, arrive 6:52
leave 6:05, arrive 7:13
leave 7:15, arrive 8:37
and it leaves Saturday morning at 8:00am and
arrives in Worcester at 9:17am.
As of now, we are planning to leave on the 7:15 train on
Friday night. We're going to meet in the office at 6pm,
and mob to South Station. although you can meet up with
us at South Station too, by 7pm. Please email me when
you think you'd like to leave, even if you think you'll
be going in this mob.
As to returning to Boston, the commuter rail times for
Saturday and Sunday (it's the same schedule) are as
follows:
Leave Worcester 9:33am, arrive S. Station 10:50am
depart Wor 2:08pm, arrive S.Station 3:25pm
depart Wor 8:13pm, arrive S.Station 9:30pm
The plan is to leave on the 9:33 am train on Sunday morning.
I know that there are a gew people who need to get back
Saturday night. If there are any almuns willing to shuttle,
I would really like to get some way for people to get home,
and the banquet probably won't be over by the time we'd
need to leave to catch the commuter rail. (please!)
This is all I have so far. To recap.
Check to make sure that if you signed up for conclave,
you are on the list... if you aren't and signed up, or
still would like to go, talk to Carolyn (carolynj) ASAP!!!!
Figure out when you will be leaving for conclave and
email me (eowyn) to let me know. Carolyn will be double
checking to make sure we have shuttle between train station
and WPI. Please try to plan to come up Friday night with
the mob for simplicity.
Do you have a car? (or can you get one?) Consider driving?
(please!!!) Any help, especially for Saturday night, would
be really really wonderful. Email me!
