Right... there'll be a Service Committee meeting on Thursday, July 23, in
the office at 6pm. The agenda is:
Review tentative plans for the Fall service program.
Finalize a divide-and-conquer plan for contacting brothers
regarding:
Assisting with organizing the Fall program
Being PCs
Attending projects
make_clean the SVP desk.
Note that the last entry -- reorganizing all the tons of info in the SVP
desk -- is very important, since there are megabytes of data that aren't
being used because it's impossible to access, let alone figure out what's
there. In light of this, anyone interested in being SVP someday (either in
the Spring or two years from now) should attend, since then you'll know
exactly where stuff is.
And if you're not that psyched about it all, i'm hoping to have *free food*
there (i'm currently trying to mind-control our beloved Treasurer into
spending the money).
