Chess the musical is happening the first weekend of February. Yay!
Just in case there's anyone here not familiar with it, well, it
has all kinds of cool music and lyrics, altos have parts worth
singing, some of the characters are arrogant and psychotic, and
our very own Carolyn is doing props stuff for them. In other
words, should be a fun show :). And -- they give a group discount!
If we can get together at least ten people, we'll get a buck off
or so. (Making it $5 for students and $7 or $8 for the rest of us.)
I was thinking the Saturday, Feb. 5th, 2pm show. (This way it
doesn't conflict with that silly Mary Celeste game. :)
Anyone interested in going and taking advantage of the group rate
should email me by Thursday the 3rd. Then we can all meet in the
office 1:30 on Saturday the 5th.
