Our chapter at Stanford (Zeta) is considering instituting Brotherhood
"requirements" which would be similar in nature to Alpha Chi's Brotherhood
Expectations.
How well has the program worked at MIT? Are people more active because of
it? Do people try to achieve Brotherhood expectations who would not otherwise
be quite active? Are there problems with people feeling that they are
being "forced" to do this instead of volunteering? Are people trying to
get away with the bare minimum then stopping? Are pledges planning ahead to
fulfill brotherhood expectations when they become active?
I'd appreciate your comments over the weekend or if that's not possible then
before Wednesday afternoon.
