We have lots of ice cream! Andrew --- Hi again, APO interested people! Just a brief heads-up about the rest of the week: *We have several events over the next few days:* *Fri, Sept 12* Cards Night 7=E2=80=9410 PM W20-415 (APO Office) Fellowship: Come play Munchkin, Cards against Humanity and more with the APO brothers! Mocktails and snacks provided. *Sat, Sept 13* Pledge Ceremony 3=E2=80=934 PM W20-302 (PDR2) Joining: You=E2=80=99ve decided that you like us? Awesome! Pledging means t= hat you=E2=80=99d like to try out being a part of our chapter. It=E2=80=99s only as much as a commitment that= you=E2=80=99d like to make it. Please RSVP topledge-apo@mit.edu *Thursday, Sept 18* Prison Books 5:30PM-9:45PM W20- Service: We're volunteering with the Prison Book Program! Help enrich the lives of prisoners by sending them books. May include a tour of a historically important site. *Sat, Sept 20* Trash Pickup 9AM-12PM Service: Charles River Conservatory needs our help to make the Charles less gross! Come join us in picking up trash. *A quick couple more notes about joining...* Even if you haven't been able to make any of our events this week, you are still more than welcome to pledge! It's a pretty low level of commitment; see it as a "trial period" to see how you like APO. We*will*be having a second pledge ceremony, based on peoples' schedules. Also, if you decide you don't want to pledge, you are still welcome to join us for any service events this fall! I hope to see you around!
