We want to let you know about some upcoming updates to our Terms of Service=

x.com/privacy2014). These updates will go into effect on March 24, 2014.

We=E2=80=99re adding an arbitration section to our updated Terms of Service=
. Arbitration is a quick and efficient way to resolve disputes, and it prov=
ides an alternative to things like state or federal courts where the proces=
s could take months or even years. If you don=E2=80=99t want to agree to ar=
bitration, you can easily opt out via an online form, within 30-days of the=
se Terms becoming effective. This form, and other details, are available on=
our blog. =
We=E2=80=99ve added a section to our Privacy Policy that discusses our rece=
ntly launched Government Data Request Principles (https://www.dropbox.com/t=
ransparency/principles). We=E2=80=99ve also made clarifications to better e=
xplain how our services will use your information. For example, we explain =
that when you give us access to your contacts, we=E2=80=99ll store them so =
that you =E2=80=93 and only you =E2=80=93 can do things like share your stu=
ff easily, no matter what device you=E2=80=99re using. =
We=E2=80=99ve also updated our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy to bette=
r explain and reflect our growing list of features for Dropbox for Business=
customers. =
While we=E2=80=99ve simplified much of the language, our commitment to keep=
ing your stuff safe and secure hasn=E2=80=99t changed. We don=E2=80=99t sel=
l your personal information to third parties. We don=E2=80=99t serve ads ba=
