APO LEADS and SERVE course in February

I mentioned this in both the last pledge meeting and the chapter meeting
that there was a neary by SERVE in February, but I got my dates and
location set up.
SERVE is part of the APO LEADS Workshop series and focuses on project
management skills and techniques. You must have completed LAUNCH either
in person or on line.
The correct dates/locations is: There is a SERVE in Philadelphia on Feb
14-16, 2014. The SERVE in Harford is this summer, July 18-20, 2014.
Also the weekend of July 18-20, 2014, there will be a Membership Academy
in Albany, NY. Membership Academy is a weekend-long course that focuses
on all aspects of a chapter's membership program -- recruitment, pledge
education, and retention. There are no pre-requisits for Membership Academy.

I don't seen any on-line LAUNCHes on the schedule in 2014, but there
will be some. I'm going to see what I can find out. Also, any chapter
can request a LAUNCH on their campus if they can get 12 people to take
the course. AX could get together with one of the schools and request
one be scheduled.
