Bit of a problem reserving a room for recruitment dinner

I'm trying to get us a room for Saturday's recruitment dinner, but there
are no spaces in the student center open on Saturday (but there are open
slots on Sunday) and I can't reserve a classroom because requests won't be
processed until Monday the 9th. The way I see it, we could hold recruitment
dinner in the office, or push the dinner to Sunday. Any thoughts?
