St. Patrick's Day 5k Race

Hi APO,
On Sunday, March 17th there is a race being put on by the Boys and Girls
Club and they need volunteers to point the way. We'd probably have to leave
the APO office around 9am and we would probably get back around 1pm.

Also if you are planning to come, I need your t-shirt size ASAP. We get
free long sleeve t-shirts.
Here's some quick FAQ's:
1. Volunteers meet at the Boys and Girls Club - 230 West 6th St. (Corner of
W. 6th and F St.) for all shifts at 10am
2. All volunteers get a commemorative long-sleeved tee shirt designed by
the Dropkick Murphy=92s (but we need your size now to ensure we have it for
you). Shirts are men=92s sizes and have a tendency to run large.****
3. Final volunteer assignments come 2 weeks prior to the race, but include =

***assisting inside the club pre-race, staffing the race course and/or
cheer zones, assisting when the runners return to the club including
distributing water/snacks and ushering them through the finish line.
4. Although we totally recommend taking the T (Broadway Station on the Red
Line is closest) - we do have some parking reserved for volunteers at the
Laboure Center (Broadway and D St.). If you want one of those spots - let
us know.
