send me photos (which I have permission to show to the rest of campus)
Hi Brothers,
By now I'm sure you have all heard about the upcoming Hurricane Sandy
Relief week. One of our events is an Ugliest Maelstrom (on Campus?) photo
contest, which will feature images from the home towns of people affected
by Hurricane Sandy. In a UMOC-style 2 day event, people will donate money
to their favorite picture/the town they like best/whichever one they think
is most in need of relief. At the end of those two days the town with the
most money will receive all of the donations (either through a food pantry
or other charity dedicated to hurricane relief in that area)
*Here is what you can do to help:*
If you, or someone you know, has a connection to a city/town/area hit hard
by the hurricane,* please send me a picture of that location* along with
the location. It would be great to get 5-7 different locations worth of
images. Once I start getting photos I will send updates with what areas are
being represented. *Please confirm that we have permission to display this
picture at our booth in lobby 10.*
