[APO] Looking for a section financial committee rep

Hi folks,
tl;dr: if you want to represent AX on a committee considering whether
we should split the sections 94/96 joint treasury into separate
accounts per-section, let me know.
Currently sections 94/96 have a joint treasury which is used for
things like LD Days, funding hospitality suites at regional and
national conventions, and covering non-reasonably-foreseeable Conclave
budget shortfalls. It is increased by annual section dues (currently
$1 per active brother; previously there's been a cap of $20 or $50 per
chapter, though the section voted to remove that cap at the most
recent Conclave) and Conclave surpluses. (Point of historical
interest: MIT used to manage this account, though it's now held at the
national office.)
For various reasons it was proposed at the most recent Conclave that a
committee be formed to investigate whether we should split this
account into separate accounts per section (one for section 96 [MA,
CT] and one for 94 [VT, NH, ME]). The organizers of this committee are
looking for one representative from each chapter to sit on it. If
you're interested, let me know!

Hello Presidents!
We are still looking for at least one person per each of your
chapter's to be involved in a joint-section committee about the
joint-section treasury. So far, only WPI has representatives! Many
of the 94 chapters have already found someone to be on this very
important committee! Please get back to Autumn ASAP with who your
representative will be so this committee can start functioning.
Autumn will be at LD Day this Sunday if you have any questions for
her.

Subject: Financial Committee
After the events of the most recent conclave, we believe it would be
in the interest of both sections to form a financial committee to
discuss the monetary futures of our sections. This committee would
include one or two representatives from each chapter in both sections
and serve as a forum to discuss and make well thought out decisions to
be presented at the spring conclave. To make the committee run
smoothly the representatives to be appointed should have an
understanding of how the sections and their finances operate.
Representative should also be familiar with their chapters stance on
this topic.
Our topic of discussion will include the possibility of splitting the
present 94/96 account and the logistics of such a decision. This will
be done primarily through email, google docs, and conference calls.
