It's chapter meeting time again! I will not be at this one,=0A=
unfortunately, due to a scheduling goof on my part (I'm in California=0A=
for an interview and won't be back till Tuesday morning). The agenda=0A=
is below, someone else on Exec will run the meeting, and I expect I'll=0A=
be reachable on zephyr during the meeting if any questions come up=0A=
that no one else in the room can answer (which seems unlikely).=0A=
