Hi folks,
Our second chapter meeting of the term is sooner than you think! We'll
be meeting at 7:30pm this coming Monday, 9/17, in 2-136. This will be
the pattern every other week for the rest of term (exceptions will be
loudly noted).
On the agenda:
- Installation of APOcEd (anchen) and Office Manager (alexwest)
- Officer reports (Rush! Service! and other fun things!)
- Collection of chapter dues ($35 for actives, $15 for newly initiated
brothers, doesn't apply to pledges)
- Approval of Fall 2012 budget
- Reapproval of our slate of chapter advisors and Advisory Chair
- Some reminders about Office Hours (mostly that you should GO TO THEM)
- Conclave Past: final report from the Conclave we hosted in March
- Conclave Future: at UNE in Portland, October 20-21
- some words about the National Convention (December 27-30 in Anaheim, CA)
- elections for Historian
If you wish to suggest updates or changes to the agenda, please email me.
If you have not paid your chapter dues, or explicitly told Rachel to
debtlist them, by the end of this chapter meeting, you will not be
considered active! Yeah, you hear this every term, but we actually
mean it this time. :-) Bring money!
As usual, dinner will be provided, form TBA.
