We have a customer who has specifically indicated they're coming then
to pick up their books (they came by today when no one was here), and
currently no one is signed up on the chmrr. I can't do it because I
have an attendance-mandatory class. If you can, please sign up on the
chmrr and reply to this email so we know it's covered. :-)
