The third tuesday of an odd numbered month is almost upon us and that
means that it's time for another Blood Drive and dinner trip.
Date: Tueday, September 19, 2012
Where: American Legion Hall, 162 Winn Street, Burlington, MA
Please come for dinner even if you can't donate.
One slight issue this month: I am not sure I will make it. I will be
driving back from NY and while I will try and get to Burlington in
time to donate or at least have dinner, family and traffic may have
other ideas.
To Make an appointment to donate call 1-800-GIVE-LIFE or go on line at
http://www.redcrossblood.org/ (Note, this is a new website for making
appointments. It definitely seems to work better than the old one.)
Alumni, actives, family and friends welcome.
If you are donating, please arrive by 6:30pm. The blood mobile is open
from 1:30pm - 7:00 pm. If there are non appointment slots available,
you can still donate as a walk in.
If you are joining us only for dinner, please arrive by 7pm.
Please RSVP so I know who to expect and share that information with
the others who are coming. If you are interested in going and don't have a
car, I'll try to arrange car pools.
Since I will not be near my laptop on Tueday afternoon, text me if you
have last minute updates on your status.
