Hello Brothers!
This week is Rush, which means we are running lots of exciting events. In
particular, there will be two *pledge ceremonies* coming up on *9/12 *and *
9/16*. You should come welcome new pledges in to the chapter (omg new
pledges)! It will be lots of fun and we will get pledges (If you can't tell
I am super excited about getting pledges). If you intend to be an active
you must attend all pledge ceremonies. If for some reason you can't attend,
please email apo-pvp@mit.edu explaining why, but please show up if you can.
The pledge ceremonies are taking place in 2-131 from 6-7 PM on Wednesday
9/12 and Sunday 9/16. This means that brothers should show up to
*2-13?*(I'll tell you what room it actually is asap) at
*5:30 PM* both days. There will also be a make-up ceremony some time next
week for anyone who wants to pledge but can't make the first two. I will
let everyone know when that is once it gets scheduled.
Sorry for the late notice, but please show up. It really helps show how
awesome we are when there are lots of excited brothers to welcome new
pledges in to the chapter. Also, if a pledge asks about ceremonies and you
aren't sure what to tell them, assure them that anyone who wants to pledge
should, that it isn't a binding commitment, that they are welcome to come
to either ceremony, and are not required to come to both, and if they have
any questions about the content of the ceremony, you can tell them what you
remember or direct them to me (or any past pvp).
Thanks!
YiLFS,
Emi
