Service Opportunities - NEED PC'S and RESPONSE if interested

Hello,
We have a few service events that need some attention or else it looks like
I'm going to be PC'ing a lot of service events... Respond also *if you are
just interested* in going! You don't have to PC.
*Bikes Not Bombs* (on a Wednesday. If you want to PC this, just contact
jeremy@bikesnotbombs.org , with your desired Wednesday date. Make sure to
sign up at least 2 weeks prior. I already contacted them before, but had to
cancel it. Transportation is very accessible by the bus down Mass Ave and
on the T and a short walk.
*Charles River Conservancy (in the works - 9/9 or 9/15) - A rush event*
*NEW - SOAR* (Scouting outdoor adventure on the River - in Cambridge!)

Information:
We will need staff throughout the activity areas, as well as logistics
support in general. If there are scouts who are skilled in pioneering, I
would definitely like to get them hooked into the storm the castle area. I
know that =85 [we] =85 will need help for the first aid area. Beyond that,
[other areas have not] =85 identified specific needs for staff; but they wi=
ll

*Game Design Merit Badge? If interested, we can talk. *
With respect to Game Design MB, The requirements have not yet been
released; however, we plan to include it in our Merit Badge University @
Harvard next spring (March 9 and April 13.) If you have some folks
interested in getting in on the ground floor of its development, I can hook
you up with the design team leader. He works at Lincoln Labs and they have
the lead on developing the MB. They=92ve about done writing the
requirements and are now writing the MB book.
I would start poking individual people if I knew everyone's interests a
little bit better.... perhaps it's time for a survey.
