Hi everybody,
I'm pc'ing BigScrew, and we need sub-pcs! We need sub-pcs for:
1. Candidates. You will be in charge of soliciting nominations and contacti=
ng and communicating with professors who have been nominated
2. Publicity. You will be in charge of getting MIT excited for big screw. T=
his includes dorm spam, postering, tech advertisements etc.
3. Manpower. You will be in charge of ensuring that the booth is properly m=
anned each day.
4. Treasurer. You will be in charge of financial aspects of the project, in=
cluding ensuring we're set up with techcash, making sure totals are tallied=
each day, making sure money goes to the right place.
5. Awards. You are in charge of the awards ceremony where the Big Screw is =
presented to the winner.
Please email me asap if you would like to sub-pc one of these positions (or=
just tell me at the meeting tonight.) Include which of the positions you w=
ould be willing to sub-pc.
Note that the Candidates and Publicity sub-pcs will need to get started pre=
tty quickly. Manpower and Awards should be comparatively less work.
