Hey guys,

I'm making dinner for tonight's chapter meeting, and I would really appreci=
ate it if people could:
a) help carry food; I aim to be done at 7:10pm on Loop in Random Hall

AND/OR

b) bring utensils and such from the office to the meeting

Also, I'm making pretty much the same fried rice as last time. So if you di=
dn't like it or would rather not eat it...you have been warned.

The agenda will include, in addition to normal updates:

--voting on standing policies! (see below)
--conclave report (from the business perspective)
--talking about nomcomm!

For your reference and life planning, the chapter meeting on 4/23 will be t=

Standing Policies:
In addition to our bylaws, which are amendable but are meant to be fairly l=

This semester, we have three policies we need to decide whether to renew. E=

them, with minor edits; a more comprehensive email about these will go out =
shortly (not to apo-news, to avoid spammage of apo-news with discussion).

There will also be a new policy put forward, about our elections procedure,=

re co-chairs of a project or of the chapter are elected or appointed, each =
must have been given the opportunity to privately inform the body performin=
