I've gotten several emails asking about SPARK, so hopefully this will clear
things up a bit:
Count hours done during Spark, that is the weekend of March 10. If any of your
participation was done as an APO brother (e.g. registration/security, in which
case, your hours have been counted based on the sign up sheet), count it. If
you did SPARK as a member of ESP, don't worry about it.
