Hello!
Conclave is happening real soon now! One of the things that has to get done
in the next week is folder-stuffing. A few of us have been working on
making the folders and their contents exist, and when that's done, we'll
want your help combining them. Sign up here:
https://apo.chmrr.net/conclave_packetstuffing
The hours don't necessarily reflect reality--we'll start on Wednesday when
people are ready, go until we're done or we're sick of it, and then finish
on Thursday if necessary.
Once the folders are all stuffed, they have to go to arriving Conclave
participants! This happens on Friday night and Saturday morning. Sign up
