Hello, everyone!

This is an email for upcoming service projects. Many are lonely and want PCs!
Pledges especially, PC early- it's fun, it's great, and there are bunches of
brothers excited and eager to help you out (including me :D)

1) Sat March 10, 7-10am (reg), 7:30am-8:30pm (in hourly shifts) (PC: ??)
Spark! Help out with ESP's annual teach-anything you want
Aside from teaching classes, you can also help out with
registration and security (with FREE t-shirt)
            email: apo-svp@mit.edu
            sign up: http://esp.mit.edu/teach/Spark/index.html
****(and also tell me # hrs for the FSILG&D competition!)****

2) Thurs. March 15 6:30-9:00pm, Quincy (drop by when you can)(PC: ???)
Prison Books- help ship books to those in prison
in the United States. Prisoners have limited access to
educational materials, and we provide them with free books for
personal development during incarceration-education is a
powerful tool that reduces the likelihood that a prisoner will
                return to the prison system.
Quincy is about 50 minutes away by the Red Line
         email: apo-svp@mit.edu if interested
******* LAST CALL FOR PC BY THIS THURS, MARCH 8****

3) Sat. March 17 St. Patrick's Day Luncheon (9:30am-2:30pm, open times) (PC:???)

frail elders with People Making a Difference
          email: apo-svp@mit.edu if interested
****** SIGN UP BY TOMORROW MARCH 7 *********

4) Sat. April 7 Habitat for Humanity (TBD time) (TBD location) (PC:afarrell)
Help build houses with MIT's Habitat for Humanity. Use cool power
tools, see the sun- it'll be great!

What is the FSILG&D competition?
It's a competition sponsored by the MIT Public Service Center, where living
groups (and us) compete in a service theme to earn cool prizes (like monies and
being awesome). Our theme is education/literacy.

Yours in Service,
Wennie
