Last chance! You have *twenty-four hours* to tell me you're coming to
Conclave. A couple of last-minute points:
--this is *not* connected to signing up to volunteer; this is *only*
signing up to attend. We will indeed want a lot of volunteers, but coming
to Conclave doesn't require you to volunteer for it.
--if money is an issue, talk to me, and we can work something out -- we'll
make sure cost doesn't prevent anyone from coming :)
--if we haven't worked something else out, you should pay me!
