Can we add discussion on the FSILG&D service competition hosted by the PSC?
It consists of keeping track of service accomplishments (e.g. hours, people,
pictures) between Feb. 15 and April 15- the winning group gets a service cup
and some funding for more service. And Arianna wonderfully checked with
the PSC
people that APO can indeed join.

It does require a submission for funding by Feb. 17, but it could be a good
motivator for PC reports and stuff. Thoughts?
