Reminder: CAPS is tomorrow (Thursday) night! 7pm, 1-135. It is so, so
important that you be there; CAPS is one of the most important meetings of
the year. There will be a second session of CAPS on Sunday, Feb 3. You
should come to both of them!

An updated agenda follows.

YiLFS,
Rachel

~~

1) Finances brainstorming -- minimal discussion

2) UMOC

2.5) MBI

3) big/little relationship -- how to make it closer, make it happier

4) attendance/motivation

5) ...branching into retention/associate members?

(sunday feb 3)

1) tech chair, do we want it?

2) pubdir, what does it do? --broadcasting open to the public projects
on the board

3) Things other chapters do

4) finances discussion
