Minutes of Chapter Meeting (April 4, 1995)

Kevin, Ingrid, Sparky, Kate, Joe K., Elaine, Rachel, Mitch, Cathy,
Susan, Emily, Karen, Joe F., Laurel, Richard, Yale, Ezra
Officers' reports:

SVP (Charley): Franklin Park Zoo project on April 22. Minor car-
pentry and composting. Upcoming: Hospice of Cambridge on
April 8; Chapter Weekend II at Resolute April 14 to 17, Alexis
is the PC but it needs sub-PC's; Big Screw April 24 to 8, Grant
is PC; Cambridge Cares about AIDS memorial April 27; Sci-
ence Fair May 3, Ezra is PC; ESP project May 6. Afterfinals is
coming up. Volunteer to PC and start before the world blows
up.
MVP (Emily): Pledge interviews should be done by the end of the
week. Contact your little and find out how they feel. Pledge
meeting Sunday at 2pm. Pledges should PC something. Lan is
in Next Act. We should see it Thursday or Friday.
AVP (Cathy): nothing to report
Treasurer (Harry): nothing to report
FC (Karen): Steak Fry Saturday. Thanks to the PC, Laurel. Please
sign up. Help cook, come at 4 or 5 or whenever. I don't know
what's going on with the softball team.
APOcEd (Barbara): not present
ASC (Junko): Come to Steak Fry. Kevin is the auctioneer.
PubDir (Elaine): I bought lots of blue paint. Pearl doesn't have red
or green. The infinite corridor board is new.
Historian (Jeffrey): nothing to report
Advisory Comm. Chair (Joe): I am recovering from a ten day trip
to California. We went golfing every day. It was rough but we
survived.
President (Bridget): Brothers are strongly encouraged to sign up for
the Wellesley petitioning group ceremony Monday, April 10.
New Business:

Rachel: Do people like chance in the Coke machine? (Yes.) I'm
considering ginger ale. Tack up suggestions on the board for the
coke chair.
Announcements:

Charley: For Alexis, you can bike or ride to Chapter Weekend II. It's
not horribly far.
Charley: Volunteer to PC things.
Bridget: Nomcomm will speak with people. The next chapter meeting
is nominations.
Joe: CPR course this Saturday at 9am. Check with Jen'n.
Karen: The first varsity softball game is Thursday. I-Banquet Friday,
May 19. Someone wants to PC.

Kevin: I'd like to introduce Brian, a brother from WPI. He's looking
for an apartment in the North Andover area.
Ingrid: Two people entered my contest in the APOc. Dave guessed
26 messages, 15% from Richard. Kevin guessed 88 messages, 45% from
Richard. Actual: 90, 45% from Richard. Kevin wins Tosci's twice.
Richard gets Tosci's too.
Richard: Whining works.
Kate: Move to beat up Richard after the meeting.
Chris: I got a call from Intel Monday. They are offering me a full
five-year scholarship, room and board, plus stipend.
Rachel: I am about to become SIPB's jerk.
Ingrid: Germany is much prettier in sunshne than rain.
Richard: My girlfriend ran off to Germany for spring break.
Emily: I stayed in Boston and got sunburned Wednesday.
Bridget: I might auction my fridge at Steak Fry.
Meeting adjourned to fellowship circle at 7:55.
