The group at Wellesley which is working on becoming an APO chapter
has reached an important milestone: becoming a "petitioning group".
Hence there will be a petitioning group ceremony at Wellesley
on Monday evening (Apr. 10).

All brothers are invited. (I'm told that pledges are not supposed to
be at the ceremony.. sorry.)

We and the chapter at BU are their "big brother" chapters, so it would
be really nice to have a lot of AXs (say a dozen or so) attend, show
support, meet people, etc. If you have time Monday evening, I'd
strongly encourage you to come. It's a Historic Event (and I might
provide some edible form of bribe, too. ;-)

We'll be leaving the office at 7 and taking the 7:30 Wellesley
shuttle. Plenty of room. (The ceremony will start around 9:15.
I don't know how long it will take, figure an average APO ceremony
length. We can return either by shuttle or by hitching with staff
driving back.)

If you can come, send me e-mail or sign up in the office. Since
transport is not a limiting factor, you CAN decide to come at the last
minute (provided you don't miss the shuttle), but I'd really like to
know how many people I should expect.
