here's the list of all the requirements, actually:
Be a Member of Alpha Phi Omega National Service Fraternity and have been
initiated prior to July 2008.
Be enrolled at the college/university for the 2009-2010 school year.
Be pursuing classes leading to a college or university degree.
Exhibit volunteerism and unselfish service to others.
Exhibit significant participation and leadership in extracurricular
activities to benefit individuals in need and/or charitable and/or
humanitarian organizations.
Submit a John Mack Scholarship Application
http://www.apo.org/site/site_files/john_mack_application.pdf with a
statement of purpose of educational and career plans.
Submit a letter of recommendation from a chapter Advisor, or another
volunteer leader.
