To clarify:

I didn't see anything in the original email about it being a benefit
concert, so I looked up the event online. It is in fact just a free
concert, no entrance fee and no evidence of donations to go to a cause. So
the "benefit" is really just to MIT families. It's still something that
falls under service to the campus, but I thought I would clarify that.

Wooo long weekend!

Hi There,

My husband and I are organzing a concert for MIT families by Tom Chapin on =
May 1. =A0We are doing this organization on our own (with the help of Dean =
Ayida Mthembu), therefore, we are in need of finding volunteers to help us =
on May 1, wherever we can, since we are not part of a group, necessarily.<b=
We were wondering if there a few people in Alpha Phi Omega who would be abl=
e to give us a little time on Saturday May 1? We are looking for a little h=
elp in the morning during concert set up (11:00-12:00) and during the conce=
rt (the show is at 3:00 to 4:00 and we're looking for a few people to w=
atch the reception food from 3:30 to 4:00) and maybe someone to help pass o=
ut the exit surveys for the event by manning a table in Lobby 10 during the=
reception (4:00 to 4:30).

Please let me know if this seems like an event that someone in your group m=
ay be willing to help with? It is the first family concert at MIT in over 2=

Thank you for your time,
