Hi AX,
What: Helping with hosting ~10 different alumni associations for an 'Alumni
Day on the Charles' on May 16th.
When: Sunday May 16h, 9am-noon service, lunch and games to follow
Our role: being in charge of one aspect, eg painting the park benches,
general spring cleanup, pruning etc...
I know it's the Sunday before finals, but it's also a kind of short project.
If you want to do it, especially if you don't have very few / no finals, let
me know and I can tell him. If not, I'll tell him we can't do it this time.
