Conclave is coming up! 7 people are going! You can still sign up for $45
plus $5 if you want a t-shirt. Matt and Ellen will be driving, possibly
some others.
Section 97 thing coming up in NYC at Hunter College. Amy can't go. Matt
wants to go, Xavier is figuring out if he can go. It's the weekend of March
13. Ellen is going but doesn't have specific travel plans yet. Plan is to
leave after classes Friday night and come back Saturday afternoon.
Registration is $27 ahead of time or $30 (cash) at the door. If you want to
register, contact Liz%20 by Sunday night (the 7th). It's a Mardi
Gras/Carnival theme.

There's Habitat this weekend. Scott is PCing it.
Next weekend is Spark. Volunteer for morning reg and security!

Not much to report as these past few days have been hosing.
-Big/Little happened--we made plates!
-Pledge Meeting #1 will happen sometime next week

First!! This Friday is APOSmores in East Campus Talbot Lounge at
7:30pm. Should be delicious!
Last week, we had our first APOTool nights! The first one went pretty
well. I am not sure how the other two went. There are some kinks to be
worked out, as the office is not always the best place to be
productive. Maybe institute a No-Punting Policy? Or a Punting Support
System to help people remain On Task Or Whatever? hm.
Game afternoons are still happening! Liz! and I played Dominoes. Next
is Blokus!!
Speaking of which, we bought Blokus and Rummikub for the office.
We are still looking for people to cook for the ch. mtg. on 4/14.
ederegt could also use a helper for the 3/31 meeting. Let me know if
you would like to help out.

place, who's PCing it, and a short description of the event. If you need a
room reserved, please tell me at least a week in advance.

I forgot to send out the WUAPO this week. Oops. Is there a specific day
that would be best for people to get the WUAPO.
I updated inifinite board, has larger photo, up-to-date WUAPO.
We should run an event and learn to use radios, since they're used for
service. We could have a training event learning to use them.

Don't leave the office messy. I'm not as much of a bum as I used to be, so
I won't be around the office to clean it up.

>New Big Screw
We need to start working on the new big screw. Email Vicki if you're
interested. Paper mache fun will probably happen over spring break.

We have 2 hotel rooms for 2 nights, which is $400 total. 8 brothers are
going, so that's $50 per brother. We discussed paying for this from the Joe
Kuchta Fund, since he was a big fan of conferences and helping people go to
them. If the chapter paid $240, it would only be $20 per brother.
We'll vote on this at the next chapter meeting after we have a chance to
talk to the Treasurer about how much money is actually in the Fund.
We'll need 2 voting delegates for Conclave. We'll vote on this in a couple
weeks, so if you're going, think if you want to be a delegate, or if you're
not going, think about who you want to vote.

Liz%20 went to a meeting of APO presidents in our section. They want ideas
for section fellowship events. Move Game Night the Game the Movie:
Mafia/Godfather? APO: the Guild Game! (Note: that probably wouldn't work as
a section event.) Lazer tag!
The Service chair person is planning a section event on the same day as our
Steak Fry, so we probably won't be going to that, but would people prefer
the Boston 365 Park Clean up or a Charles River spray painting thing?
People here seemed to prefer the latter.

We received money to run this! Xavier will email the BSA Council tonight
and hopefully we'll have dates and such soon.
