Conclave Registration due Monday
Will be fun
> SVP - latifah
HMMT kind of went down like a stone. As far as I know, Sasen, Yi-Hsin and I
were there, and Alec fell ill. Was this because of the
new 'don't-sign-up-unless-you're-definitely-going' thing, where people
didn't sign up, and then got to the day of and didn't really feel like
going? I don't know.
There is CityDays this weekend. I can't go, and I know of two people who
do, so I really should poke them about being pc and generating more
interest / enthusiasm.
The Habitat trip is now full on the APO side. If you still want to go,
email me and I'll try asking the person I'm in contact with. Or you could
just contact Habitat yourselves.
Is anyone interested in running the MBU on April 3? If so, step forward!
(kkuhn and austein will probably be better positioned to say something
intelligible about this)
If not, there is a suggestion of a geocaching project put around by
austein, which has been endorsed by ederegt. I'm not sure exactly what /
how much work this entails, but if anyone has a better clue, please let me
know. If people are enthusiastic about this, I will schedule something
either the April 3 weekend (depending on the outcome of the MBU) or in May.
> PVP:
We have pledges and Bigs, Big-Little is at 7:30 in the Office on Friday
Food will exist.
> FVP:
B/FVP report:
I made a list! apo-bffvp. because we cannot decide between B and F, and
also I wanna be your bff! It is silly. :P
People have signed up to cook dinner! We have someone for every date except
one in April. I'll deal with that when April gets closer...
Fellcomm had a meeting! We set up a bunch of events all throughout term.
They are on the WUAPO, check 'em out! I also sent out an email not too long
ago. A new development is another MGNGM - Jumanji! What do y'all think is
better - duringCPW, or the Monday night after?
On April 3, we have an event called the Fertility Eggstravaganza,
celebrating springtime and fertility! Lizbang is hatching (lol) a plan to
hunt for both eggs and sperm, or something of that sort. If you have any
questions/concerns/other ideas for that, let me know!!
APOTool exists! It is Mon Thu 7-10pm. Not too many people came on Monday,
but it was pretty short notice, so no biggie. The people who were there had
a good time. Not that much tooling, though, unfortunately... may have to
institute policies encouraging a productive environment. What do y'all
think?
> Treasurer:
Pay Dues or email viccro to debt-list them.
<Budget>
to be modified ant
> AC:
As always, if you want something on the WUAPO, tell me the date, time,
place, who's PCing it, and a short description of the event. If you need a
room reserved, please tell me at least a week in advance. Also, Jaxxson is
awesome for taking minutes in my absence.
> Pubdir
Continuing to work on infinite (corridor) advertising.
looking for volunteers for postering.
> ApocEd:
Next Chapter meeting. Yeah! SUBMIT!
> Office Manager:
Nothing interesting happened while giving this report. Nor did the report
contain any interesting information.
> Historian - wings
Points: Grant (grantrob) has agreed to keep track of points this term.
Huzzah!
PC Reports: As mentioned before, about mid-term I'll be asking for
volunteers to go through old APOC issues with me to find old PC reports and
populate the projects locker.
Camera: Poor old thing appears to have died. I'm going to look into
purchasing new cameras.
What you should do: Continued sending reports to apo-reports! This way they
can be archived, and you can get points!
